Review proposal and possible ownership structure with CPA, determine purchase or lease.
Forward Financials to Leasing Company or present to perfered lender.
Perform preliminary structural review

Perform third party roof inspection
Create final system layout and production after considering any structural concerns and or financial limitations
Finalize solar system size and financials when combined with structural and roofing remediation cost and present to Keiver Willard’s preferred lender or leasing company
Visit other installations and interview local owners of solar arrays

MassAmerican will engage our electrical and structural engineers to prepare the utility interconnection application. (2 weeks)
Interconnection application review performed by National Grid. (6-10 weeks)
Interconnection Agreement Signed. (1 week)
Schedule installation with MassAmerican and file building & electrical permits. (2-4 weeks)
Construction, electrical and building inspection completed. (3-5 weeks)
Utility inspection leading to permission to operate, (PTO). (2-4 weeks)
Total Timeline to reach Permission to Operate. (16-26 weeks)
The total timeline from agreement execution to PTO is estimated at 16 to 26 weeks.
